INTERNATIONAL FRANCHISE

International Franchise will have to enter into agreement with Magic Brain Abacus Academy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India for a period of three years by paying a nominal amount of Franchise fee. Agreement can be renewed after three years by paying nominal amount prescribed at the time of renewal.Magic Brain will train your representative through SKYPE with no cost. There are seven levels prescribed for the entire abacus course and books for all levels must be purchased from Magic Brain Abacus Academy through online payment or letter of credit. Magic Brain will support you throughout the agreement period.

International Franchise can appoint Unit Franchise in the area allotted and Franchise fee will be decided on case to case basis in consultation with Magic Brain. The sharing of Franchise fee will also be decided at the time of appointment.Agreement can be renewed after three years.

STATE FRANCHISE

State Franchise will have to enter into agreement with Magic Brain Abacus Academy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India for a period of three years. Agreement can be renewed after three years. Magic Brain will train your representative through SKYPE with no cost. There are seven levels prescribed for the entire abacus course and books for all levels must be purchased from Magic Brain Abacus Academy through online payment. At any cost, books will not be supplied on credit basis. Magic Brain will support you throughout the agreement period.

State Franchise can appoint Unit Franchise in the area allotted in consultation with Magic Brain. State Franchise should supply materials to Unit Franchise by having enough stock at their end.

UNIT FRANCHISE

Unit Franchise/School Centre will have to enter into agreement with Magic Brain Abacus Academy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India for a period of three years. Agreement can be renewed after three years.

Magic Brain will train your representative/teachers with no cost. There are seven levels prescribed for the entire abacus course and books for all levels must be purchased from Magic Brain Abacus Academy through online payment. At any cost, books will not be supplied on credit basis. Magic Brain will support you throughout the agreement period.
